Getting Ready

So it has been awhile since my last post but to update the few that read this here we go. Well I am now moving back to Utah in about a week. The question is this.... Am I Ready For This? Ready for snow, ready for the life of being back home, crazy family gatherings, old friends? Oh man so much to go back to but yet is it the right thing? I guess we will find out. I have to find a job so if any of you know something let me know please. That is one good thing out of this is no more cars and customers deciding if they want a PT Cruiser or a Sebring. Yay no more damage waiver. Ha can you tell I used to love my job. I am excited to move back but sad at the same time. I didn't think living with my sister would be as fun as it has been. It will be hard to say good bye to her, her husband and their dog Murfee. Oh Murfee, he is such a poop but a cute one at that. I think that is going to be the hardest part is saying bye to the family here. They have put up with me and my horrible habbits I thank them for that and sorry that I was so horrible. I bet they are happy I am going so they can finally have the house to themselves and not worry about me anymore. Hey who knows maybe I will come back. So fare warnning Mailyn, I might come back ha ha ha ha. Ok there is a lot of none sense in this post sorry its those random thoughts that I get and write down on this here post.

New chapter

As everyone gets ready to go back to school tomorrow I will not be, I am starting a new chapter in my life of the real world. Instead of going to class and stressing about when tests and papers are due I am going to be stressing about what car to give to which customer and who to pick up next. Not only will I be worrying about that but also what path to take after this crazy job. Do I continue to pursue boarder patrol or do I find something else and take a completly different way to go. I think the hardest part about this is going at it alone. I am on unfamiliar ground I have had a friend for many of years and as of this week I have had to say good bye to him in order to keep my sanity and for him to grow and find himself. It hurts to say good bye to someone you love but I guess in the long run it is for the best but I just dont see it yet or if I ever will. Heartbreak is a hard path to go down and I hope that after this I dont ever have to go through it again. I think now I am just venting and writing thoughts down as I go. Wow this really sucks and I hate being alone and on unfamiliar ground I cant wait till I mend and feel myslef again. That will be a great day. Not only that but knowing where I am supposed to go with my life and my purpose for being here. I cant wait for happiness to come my way......

GRADUATION

Holly cow I am actually graduating. It is a crazy reality that I don't believe I have fully taken in yet. The big day is May 8th of 2008. That means in less than a month I will be an alumni of ASU with a BA in Criminal Justice. I have my family and friends to thank for support in this great achievement. My only problem is what to do after I graduate. I have nothing lined up as of yet, and I am not sure where I am going to go. Utah, Arizona, California, or where ever, I just don't know and I am applying anywhere and every where. I guess I just need to take the big leap into the real world. Wish me luck cause here I go.....

The Little Brats.

Ok so i guess they really are not brats but they can be. I am a nanny for 2 families. Both kids are great. The one family has a little girl the age of 4 and her name is Rylee. She comes up with some random things. She makes me laugh. The other day we were playing barbies and it was a Cinderella barbie and a boy barbie named Dominick. Well little miss Rylee had them kiss I asked her why they kissed and if it was yucky. She explained that it was ok that they kissed because it was true loves first kiss. I about died laughing it was so random but yet so cute. She is such a little poop.
Ok and the other family I nanny for has a little boy who is 4 and his name is Will. Oh man how much of a difference there is in boys. But Will like Rylee makes me laugh. Will finds it funny to mock me and do things I do. So, poor Will ,I have noticed this and I do random things and he does them too. I had him dacing and spinning and rolling around in a big blue thing it was so funny. I think my favorite thing about Will is his obsession with garage doors. We will be walking down the street going to the park and a garage will start to open and Will will stop dead in his tracks and just watch it. when I try to get him to move he stands firm and says not till it goes back down. It makes me laugh becasue it is such an odd obessesion. Oh well both kids are great and we have fun hanging out together. It is fun getting paid to play around the house whether it be trucks, dolls, ponies, or blocks its great.

BAHAMAS

This weekend was a great weekend I was able to go to the Bahamas with the family I nanny for. We stayed at the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island. It was huge and there was so much to do. One thing that I was able to do was swim with dolphins. It was amazing and something I hope everyone can do at least once in their life time. in this picture the dolphins came up behind me and put their heads at the bottom of my feet and started swiming which propelled me forward and it was one of the coolest things I have ever done.
I was even able to kiss the dolphin. to be honest its the most action I have gotten in a long time lol. it was really fishy/salty too. But it was something I will never forget.

My 22nd Birthday

Back in November my family and I went to Disneyland for my birthday. It was probably the best birthday that I have ever had. When you go to Disneyland, no matter how old, you go to the town hall and say its your bday and they give you a button with your name on it. When you wear it around the park all of the employees say happy bday to you. They really make it feel like its your special day. I think I want to go back for my birthday every year.
Since this was our first year going to Disneyland as a family since 1996. Mailyn and I thought it would be fun to prep for the trip. We found a Disney liquidation store and at this store we found these jackets. If you couldn't tell we were related before I don't think there is any denying it now. We are cookie cutters!!!!!! What do you do with 3 cookies?.................You dunk them in your tea of coarse!
It was a short trip to disneyland but it was well worth it. I had a great time and we even got a family photo with MICKEY MOUSE!

750 hours left!

I was in my biology class today and this crazy kid comes in 10 min before class started and gets upset because the teacher is not starting class. The teacher explains to him that the class doesn't start for a bit more. The crazy kid then gets in a tiff and explains that there is only 750 hours left to study before our first test and that the teacher, by not starting class, is wasting the students time to study. So now I know how long I have to study and the count down begins LOL. Look how I am spending my 750 hours. Blogging!!!!!
